REPORTING

The accounting software is written in-house, consequently maximum flexibility can be achieved in the style of the reports and their contents. As a matter of course monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and VAT statements, together with lists of creditors and debtors in support are provided as a standard procedure. Projections and comparisons can also be provided if required.

TAXATION

With the introduction of self-assessment the penalties for late filling of any type of tax return are not only punitive but also are pursued more energetically than ijn earlier years. Our principle is to keep our clients' affairs as current as possible, and thus avoid these penalties. In addition we have expertise in back duty cases and special hearings where the Revenue insist upon examining business records for prior periods. Vat returns and computations are completed and reminders are submitted to clients when in these are due.

ESTATE AND INHERITANCE TAX

We provide a probate and inheritance tax service and retain a leading law firm to advise in the event of conflict.

COMPANY INCORPORATION

Our complete company incorporation service includes the printing of share certificates, filing of minutes, and if required, the opening of a local branch bank account and provision of a registered office and company officers. Filing of Companies House annual returns and annual financial statements is also carried out.

PROBATE ESTATE ACCOUNTS

We are regularly called upon by clients and firms of solicitors to assist them in Probate and completion of Estate Accounts and Income Tax Form IR185.
In the majority of cases, solicitors may occasionally subordinate this aspect of their work in terms of urgency to the other work of the practice, such as Court work, etc.
We are able to help promptly in these areas.
